Padua

Padua, known as the “City of the Saint”, famous for Giotto’s frescoes in the Scrovegni Chapel and for the grand 13th century Basilica of Sant’Antonio. Famous for its excellent universities. Do not miss the botanical garden and Prato della Valle, a historic landmark and the largest square in the city. It has innumerable museums: the Risorgimento, the Contemporary Age, the Astronomical, the Observatory, Palazzo Zuckermann and many others.
